[Rimarinefisheries] Commercial Tautog Tagging Program - REMINDER - Tag Issuance Event at Office of Boating Registration & Licenses TOMORROW

[RI Marine Fisheries]

Please be reminded that DEM will be conducting a tautog tag issuance event at RI DEM Office of Boating Registration & Licenses<https://dem.ri.gov/natural-resources-bureau/boating-registration-licenses>, 235 Promenade St, Providence tomorrow March 29 from 10AM - 4PM.  Tags are also available for in person pick up at the following locations:

Division of Coastal Resources office                           Division of Marine Fisheries
301 Great Island Road                                                3 Fort Wetherill Rd
Narragansett, RI 02882 (Galilee)                                Jamestown, RI 02835

Both offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 4:00.  Initial tag allocations are based on individual fishing history and compliance with reporting requirements.  Additional tags are available upon return of reports in season.  Tag applicators are available for purchase for $32 by cash, check, or money order until supplies run out.  No cash will be accepted at the Jamestown office.
