The workshops are intended to help lobster permit holders understand the process of transferring traps. Aug 26th</b> in Gloucester at the NOAA facility from 10 am - Noon. That session will be broadcast via internet and telephone conference line for those who are unable to make the trip to Gloucester. The second session will be the following <b>Wed. Sept. 2nd</b> at the Fairfield Suites Hotel in New Bedford, MA from 6-8 PM.
