7.1 - This amendment is to CLOSE the<span style="color:blue"> </span><u>directed fishery for commercial Atlantic herring – Area IA</u> (2,000 lbs/vessel/calendar day bycatch allowance) beginning November 2, 2015, until the season re-opens on January 1, 2016
(possession limit unlimited); to OPEN the directed fishery for <u>commercial Atlantic Herring - Area 1B</u>, beginning November 2, 2015 (possession limit unlimited); to CLOSE the
<u>commercial Menhaden</u> fishery in state waters outside the Menhaden Management Area beginning November 1, 2015, until further notice; and to CLOSE the
<u>commercial Tautog</u> fishery beginning November 2, 2015, until the next fishing season begins on April 15, 2016 at ten (10) fish/vessel/calendar day.<span style="color:blue">
