<b><i><u>landing</u></i></b> of menhaden in RI is prohibited (a 6,000 pound per vessel per calendar day bycatch limit is allowed to be landed after this date). The commercial
<b><i><u>possession</u></i></b> limit inside the Menhaden Management Area remains 120,000 pounds per vessel per day until further notice, but cannot be landed in RI.
