<b><u>commercial landing and possession of Menhaden</u></b> in RI is Re-Opened due to the state's participation in the 2017 Episodic Event Set Aside Program for menhaden. The commercial landing and possession limit, both within the Menhaden Management Area
and in state waters outside the Management Area, is 120,000 pounds per vessel per day.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
