<b><i><u>landing</u></i></b> and <b><i><u>possession</u></i></b> of <b><u>Menhaden</u></b> is prohibited in the Menhaden Management Area<span style="color:#1F497D">,</span> and in state waters outside the Management Area, except as specified in the bycatch
provision below, until further notice.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The bycatch limit for non-directed gear types after this date, in the Menhaden Management Area and in State waters outside the Menhaden Management Area,
will be 6,000 pounds per vessel per day, or 12,000 pounds per vessel per day when two licensed fishermen are on board the vessel.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
