<p class="MsoNormal">The New England Fishery Management Council (NEFMC) is soliciting applications for an open seat currently available on its Scallop Advisory Panel through 2020. Panel members will provide information and guidance to the Scallop Committee
and the Council during the development of federal fishery management plans or other types of scallop management actions.
