<p class="MsoNormal">Hello. There will be an <b>ASMFC pre-meeting</b> on <b>Tuesday, November 7 @ 3:00 PM</b>. This pre-meeting, involving the RI delegation to the ASMFC’s Menhaden Management Board,<span style="color:#C00000">
</span>will be held at <b>RIDEM Headquarters, 235 Promenade Street, Providence, RI
</b>in Conference Room A on the 4<sup>th</sup> floor. This pre-meeting is<span style="color:#C00000">
</span>for the purpose of reviewing the meeting materials and agenda items for the upcoming ASMFC meeting in Baltimore on November 13 – 14, which is focused on menhaden. The meeting materials include all public comments pertaining to Draft Amendment 3 submitted
