<p class="MsoNormal">Amendments to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations have been filed as a result of the public hearing held on September 10, 2018 and RI Marine Fisheries Council meeting held October 1, 2018. Regulations filed are as follows:

to the timeframe that fishing trips must be documented, and new reporting requirements for Party/Charter vessels (effective date December 18, 2018);<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3"><u>Part 4 – Shellfish</u>, regarding amendment to the default harvest schedule for the Bristol Harbor Shellfish Management Area (effective date December 27, 2018).<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
