<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:ArialMT;color:#3C4043">Shelf. Wind energy development will soon enter the construction phase within New England and<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:ArialMT;color:#3C4043">the Mid-Atlantic and efforts are also underway to develop wind energy along the west coast of the<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:ArialMT;color:#3C4043">U.S. To date, 15 commercial offshore wind leases are active in the Northwest Atlantic shelf from<o:p></o:p></span></p>
