<a href="http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/bnatres/marine/pdf/FlukeExemptRenewal.pdf">
renewal <span style="font-size:12.0pt">application</span></a><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> (attached) must be submitted by vessel owners and received by the Department or postmarked
<b><u>no later than September 1, 2020</u></b> if the certificate is to be renewed and remain valid. A Summer Flounder Exemption Certificate authorizes participation by licensed fishermen in programs such as the Summer Flounder Aggregate Landing Program, and
