<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">In accordance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act, Rhode Island has received funds for fisheries relief in response to COVID-19. The funds are meant to provide assistance
to eligible fishery participants in the specified categories to address direct and indirect COVID-19 impacts. RIDMF is developing an application for all sectors to apply for relief funds. The four sectors are: commercial fishing, aquaculture, seafood processors,
and party and charter. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Per the Consolidated Appropriations Act, applications will require applicants to show they had at least a 35% loss in revenue in the sector-specific time periods in 2020 relative to their average
from 2015-2019. The sector-specific time periods are as follows:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
