the <u>Greenwich Bay Shellfish Management Area</u> sub-areas 1 and 2 (Other than Shoredigging), as follows:<o:p></o:p></p>

<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3"><u>December, 2022:</u> Open only from 8:00am until 12:00pm noon on December 14, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28. 29, 30. The default schedule is then in effect beginning January 1, 2023 (open only 8:00
A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through the end of April). Please also be reminded that commercial shoredigging remains open daily at three (3) bushels/person/day on days open per the “Other than Shoredigging” schedule, and one (1)
peck/person/day on days other than this schedule. <o:p></o:p></li></ul>
