<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><u>Electronic reports:</u> Captains enrolled in an electronic logbook program (i.e., SAFIS) shall submit trip reports no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the end of the trip.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1"><u>Federally Permitted Vessel Operators:</u> A VTR declaration form must be submitted to the Division of Marine Fisheries prior to license renewal.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Reports may <b><i>only</i></b> be submitted to the Division of Marine Fisheries office (3 Fort Wetherill Road, Jamestown RI 02835). Reports may be hand delivered, but due to high volume and/or staffing<b><i>, immediate assistance cannot
be assured</i></b>. Upon receipt, the Division will process reports as expeditiously as possible. To avoid delays in license renewal, reports should be submitted in a timely manner consistent with the
<a href="https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-2"><span style="color:#0563C1">regulations</span></a>.
