Attached is the final public notice document for the Draft RIPDES Pesticide General Permit (PGP) for Discharges from the Application of Pesticides.  Today, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 marks the beginning of the public notice period.  The draft permit will be available on the DEM/RIPDES webpage located at:
