Attached is the final public notice document for the Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (RI0021598) draft RIPDES Permit.  The draft permit will be public noticed on Friday, July 26, 2024 with the comment period ending on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. The draft permit will be available on the DEM/RIPDES webpage as of 7/26/24 located at:  http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/water/permits/ripdes/

DEM will be holding a Public Workshop to discuss the draft permit. The Workshop will be held at the City of Warwick Municipal Annex, Sawtooth Building Community Room, 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, Rhode Island on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you have any questions regarding the workshop, please contact me at the information listed below.
