Please see the attached public notice regarding the reissuance of three permits with stormwater discharges to the Main Stem Pawtuxet River (Waterbody ID#: RI0006017R-03).

  *   RI0023299: Rhode Island Mall Condominium Association, Inc.
  *   RI0023302: S-BHR Condominium Association, Inc. (Raymour and Flanigan Properties LLC)

Additionally, the public notice regards the termination of one permit that formally discharged to Narragansett Bay-East Passage (Waterbody ID#: RI0007029E-01D).

  *   RI0020150: Defense Fuel Support Point

The public comment period if from Monday, April 7, 2025 to Friday, May 16, 2025. Additional information can be found in the attachment public notice and online at: https://dem.ri.gov/environmental-protection-bureau/water-resources/permitting/ripdes .
