which is the source of the wastewater discharge is located at the 383 Water Street in the Town of Warren and is engaged in the treatment industrial wastewater from the production of soups. The facility reapplied to DEM for the reissuance of a Rhode Island
Discharge Elimination System (RIPDES) Permit on July 28, 2017 to discharge into the designated receiving water. The permit includes limits to ensure that the discharge will not cause a water quality violation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
