Effective Surnise December 26th, 2020 Conditional Areas 1A, 1D, Greenwich Bay, Mt. Hope Bay, Kickemuit River and Conditional Areas of Pt. Judith Pond and due to excesssive rains and snowmelt Upper Bay 1B, East Middle Bay Area GA3, and West Middle Bay Area GA9
are closed to shellfishing. Conditional Areas 1A and 1D are scheduled to re-open at Sunrise on January 5th, 2021 and all other Conditional Areas and Upper Bay Area 1B, East Middle Bay GA3 and West Middle Bay GA9 are scheduled to re-open at Sunrise on January
2nd, 2021. </div>
