<b>Effective Thursday August 5, 2021 at NOON, Conditional Areas Upper Bay Area A, Lower Providence River Area E, and Conditional Areas within Greenwich Bay, Mt Hope Bay and Kickemuit River, and Point Judith Pond are closed to shellfishing and are scheduled
to reopen at NOON on August 12, 2021.</b><br>

Currently, shellfish management restrictions only allow harvesting from Conditional Area E (Lower Providence River) 8am-11am on:<br>
