[Ritaxpronews] Rhode Island Tax news - final regulations

Hi, Everyone.
 
The Tax Division today posted several final regulations ( http://www.sos.ri.gov/rules/index.php?KEYWORD=&AGENCY=192&SORT=date&ORDER=desc&DOSEARCH=1&page=result_search&ADVANCED= ), mainly having to do with business taxes and sales taxes. Among those affected are limited liability companies (LLCs), limited partnerships (LPs), and limited liability partnerships (LLPs). The new regulations take effect July 1.
