[Ritaxpronews] Rhode Island Tax News – new stats; new Administrative Decision

Hi, Everyone.
 
A new Administrative Decision ( http://www.tax.ri.gov/AdministrativeDecisions/2012/2012-07.pdf ) from the Rhode Island Division of Taxation looks at whether a nonresident married couple's claim for refund was timely filed.
 
Also, the latest batch of filing season statistics ( http://rhodeislandtax.blogspot.com/2012/03/with-deadline-on-horizon-filing-climbs.html ) shows that more tax returns are being filed compared with last year, and more are being e-filed.
