With filing deadline just around the corner, the Division of Taxation today issued two reminders:
 
* which form to use for business-related extensions, and
 
* which form to use for limited liability company (LLC) returns.
 
The reminders are in "a note to practitioners," posted on the agency's website. Here's the link:
