Hi, Everyone.
 
The Rhode Island Division of Taxation's latest Advisory provides information on the following:
 
* The Tax Division has begun accepting e-filed personal income tax returns;
* Penalty relief is available for some farmers and fishermen; and
* Form RI-8453 has been discontinued.
