[Ritaxpronews] Rhode Island Tax News – disclosure and filing for business entities

Hi, Everyone.
 
Business entities that have received certain tax credits or incentives must complete a disclosure form and file it with the Rhode Island Division of Taxation on or before August 15, 2013.
 
They also must complete and file an annual report on or before September 1, 2013.
