The Division of Taxation has posted redline drafts of proposed regulations involving apportionment and combined reporting.

Each redline draft highlights changes between the most recent exposure draft (as posted on the Division website) and the current proposed regulation (scheduled for public hearing soon).

The Division is making the redline drafts available as a convenience for tax practitioners and others.
