The Rhode Island Division of Taxation has posted a Supplemental Statement on Non-Collecting Retailers, Wayfair and Remote Sellers.

The supplemental statement is intended to clarify recent issues in response to inquiries regarding how Rhode Island will respond to last month's U.S. Supreme Court decision in Wayfair.
