The Rhode Island Division of Taxation has posted an Advisory providing further details about the new federal "economic impact payments" (sometimes called "stimulus payments", "COVID-19 payments", or "recovery rebates").

The Division is providing the information on behalf of its partner in the Security Summit, the Internal Revenue Service.
