<DIV>Rhode Island Tax Administrator David M. Sullivan today posted the interest rates that will apply in 2014 on overpayments and delinquencies:</DIV>

<UL>
<LI>The interest rate on delinquencies will be 18 percent per annum for calendar year 2014.</LI>
<LI>Interest on overpayments for calendar year 2014 will be at the rate of 3.25 percent per annum.<BR></LI></UL>
<DIV>The rates are the same as those that applied in 2013. Here's a link to historical rates:</DIV>
