to offer conceptual design services to communities at no cost for greenspaces in need of improvement.
</span> <span style="color:#2E2E2E">The conceptual designs developed by the RCDL will provide a vision and a target to improve a community green space and can be used to provide a basis for pursuit of funding for future implementation.
