The merger between the Rivanna Conservation Society and StreamWatch became official on January 1, 2016. Two organizations found value in joining forces -- and a funder helped facilitate the process.

In this webinar, we will learn why and how the organizations merged, and what they would do differently if they could do it over again. And we will review how the two organizations arrived at a new name, logo, and mission that satisfied the board and appealed to the public.
