[Watersheds] DEM OFFICE OF WATER RESOURCES ANNOUNCES EPA's APPROVAL OF THE STATE'S 2016 IMPAIRED WATERS LIST

The Department of Environmental Management's Office of Water Resources announces that the US Environmental Protection Agency has approved of Rhode Island' 2016 Impaired Waters List (also known as the 303d list) as presented in the state's 2016 Impaired Waters Report, available on-line at  http://dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/water/quality/surfwq/pdfs/iwr16.pdf. Other information pertaining to the state's Integrated Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment Reporting including all Integrated Reporting Lists is available at http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/water/quality/surface-water/integrated-water-quality-monitoring.php.
