Chelsea is a dense, urban community with a socioeconomically and demographically diverse population and a long industrial history. Creative reuse of former industrial sites is vital to reverse exposure to environmental and public health risks, support open space preservation, and implement sustainable development. The City has faced many unique design challenges in implementing their vision, including opportunities to address storm water management, heat mitigation, and green infrastructure.



This webinar will cover successful planning and implementation strategies for site reuse and remediation, including incorporating green infrastructure, and planning for climate adaptation.
