<p class="MsoNormal">At the RI Rivers Council monthly meetings, the 10 designated local watershed councils are asked to report on their activities from the previous month. Every month I am so impressed by the great work these groups are doing! There sure
is a lot going on at the local level, and I felt that others may be interested to hear about all this effort to protect and restore our water resources.
