<p class="MsoNormal">Please find attached a 5 page Request for Quotations (RFQ) to use the Narragansett Bay Estuary Program’s remaining EPA Southeast New England Program (SNEP) funds for ‘shovel-ready’ restoration projects in the greater Narragansett Bay region.
We have provided the document in Word so you can fill out the budget provided as Appendix A. Our goal is to add a few high quality on-the-ground projects to the mix of planning projects we are already supporting with SNEP dollars.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There is roughly $200,000 for 2 to 3 projects in the $50,000 to $100,000 range. <u>An important consideration is that ALL work MUST be complete by June 30, 2020</u>. <b><u>Submittals are due by 5:00pm Tuesday, September 17, 2019</u></b>.
These are aggressive timelines for sure, so only projects that have completed design, permitting, and are otherwise ready to go are a good fit for this opportunity. NBEP’s Grants Subcommittee will review and select projects and our goal is to announce awards
by October 1, 2019, if not sooner. All requirements are detailed in the attached RFQ.<o:p></o:p></p>
