<p class="Default"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The recent Stormwater Retrofit Guidance Manual from the University of New Hampshire Stormwater Center and VHB provides research-based guidance and techniques for planning, siting, and designing
retrofit stormwater control measures (SCMs) to manage stormwater in existing or reconstructed development situations where regulatory requirements do not dictate specifications. It also presents an approach for crediting pollutant and runoff volume reductions
associated with these measures. Retrofits may be incorporated into planned construction work or implemented as a stand-alone stormwater improvement project. Retrofit SCMs can minimize the impacts of existing development at sites that either lack stormwater
controls or have insufficient controls in place. This manual explains how to make improvements on sites that do not fit within a current regulatory framework with the goal of improving water quality.</span><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:windowtext"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Default"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">The Stormwater Retrofit Guidance Manual was developed with financial support from the Southeast New England Program (SNEP) Network and technical support from other SNEP Network partners, state
agencies, and EPA Region 1. EPA and the SNEP Network support this manual as a key tool for improving New England’s water resources. Speakers from VHB and the University of New Hampshire Stormwater Center will explain the Manual contents, describe stakeholder
