consider this to be historical in nature as local Indigenous tribes come together to support this project. We are asking human beings to come together and be the " Voice of the Kittacuck ". The Blackstone River has always been there over thousands of years
supporting human beings. Now is the time to return the favor. Enclosed is the link to the film "Kittacuck Speaks" a film made possible by a RI Rivers Council Grant. I hope you can attend the gathering<o:p></o:p></span></p>
