provided to RIDEM by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under Section 319 of the federal Clean Water Act for grants to assist in the implementation of projects that prevent and/or abate water pollution associated with nonpoint sources (NPS) and to
improve or restore aquatic habitat.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
