Hey folks,
I hate to brag but I am really mostly complimenting ri.gov so it does not feel that bad. The Department of Health's website won an award from the Health Web Award for mobile last week. We did it by using the nifty ri.gov style sheet that reads the width of the browser window and snaps the content into place. Well, there was also a level of effort on the part of our web team here at health to rewrite all the pages so they are consistent and to look out for weird content (images & tables) that need special treatment but basically with a clean site it just worked.
Check it out http://www.health.ri.gov Even if you do not have a data plan on your phone you can see what it looks like by narrowing your browser window until the content changes.
Thanks to the wonderful team that made it possible to move into the 21st century.
Sally
