<p class="MsoNormal">Please note that Monday, October 14, 2024 is a state holiday and RIDEM will be closed. You can still mail the applications in, but you will not be able to drop them off on the 14<sup>th</sup>. Also, DEM’s office hours for drop offs are
8:30 AM through 4:00 PM. If you arrive outside of those hours, do not just leave your application in a random mailbox. In order for the application and check to be processed, your application needs to be mailed to, or dropped off at:
