[DEM-Coastal] Re-decking MM dock fingers

Good afternoon,

Attention MM dock berth holders, construction will begin Thursday 7/20/23 for the re-decking of the finger piers. The north side of the dock will be done first.  Please remove any gear, barrels etc. that you may have on those finger piers by Wednesday night. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me.
