[DEM-Coastal] Re-decking dock UU

Good afternoon,

Attention UU dock berth holders, construction will begin next week 7/31/23 for the re-decking of the finger piers.  Please remove any gear, barrels etc. that you may have on those finger piers. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me.
