[DEM-Pier9] Heavy Duty Pier

Afternoon all,

Per our signage on the heavy-duty bulkhead on the west face of the pier, this area is for immediate loading and unloading only.  Any vessel that is seen to be left at the bulkhead without prior authorization by James O'Connor or Robert Baker will be deemed to be illegally berthed and treated as such.  This includes vessels that are waiting to, or between being offloaded, fueled, or waiting to leave etc.
