[DEM-Pier9] barrels, and parking

[DEM-Pier9]

Afternoon berth holders,

We have some barrels and a unknown high flyer, see attached, that are located just before the entrance to the L-Pier. If they are yours please move them to appropriate storage area of yours.  If they are not removed within a week, coastal resources will dispose of them.

As a reminder, please let all crew know that the long spots that are located to the north of the office by the oil shed are for Box-trucks and large vehicles only.  If your vehicles will fit in a smaller space use those.
