[Owrinfo] The RI Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (RIPDES) Permitting Program Webpages Have Been Updated

THE RHODE ISLAND POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (RIPDES)
PERMITTING PROGRAM WEBPAGES HAVE BEEN UPDATED 

 

Recently the RIDEM Office of Water Resources took steps to revise and
update the RIPDES Permitting Program Webpages. Now there is a page for
RIPDES (non-stormwater) and RIPDES Stormwater Programs.

The RIPDES Stormwater Permitting pages underwent the most significant
changes and are now organized into the following subsections:

 

1.       Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s)

2.      Construction Activity

3.      Industrial Activity
