[Owtsinfo] Updated OWTS "Application Guidance for Licensed Designers" now available.

On November 25, 2018 newly recodified OWTS rules will go into effect. To assist OWTS designers to adapt to the recent change to the OWTS Rule numbers the DEM has updated the application guidance document that was distributed to the OWTS community back in April of 2018.

The attached "Application Guidance for Licensed Designers" now reflects the OWTS Rule numbers that will be in effect on November 25, 2018. This document can also be found on the OWTS Professionals web page under Guidance Documents:
