REMINDER

Cl-II & III (with their Cl-IV) Licenses will expire 12/31/18
The current three-year license term (2016, 2017, 2018) for Cl-II and III OWTS Designers ends December 31, 2018.

CEUs Required
The Continuing Education requirement for renewal is 12 CEUs for the three-year term.
For licenses issued, or renewed mid-term, 4 CEUs are required for each year since the license was issued, or last renewed (rounded to the nearest full year).

Where to get CEUs
Opportunities to acquire CEUs are posted to the DEM website at:
http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/water/owts/licensing/ctgeduc.php At the top of the list of current opportunities, there is also a link to the Onsite Wastewater Training Center at URI which provides many CEU opportunities throughout the year.

Renewal Application Forms will be in the mail by the end of September 2018.  The Renewal Application Forms are expected to be in the mail by the end of September.  The application forms will include lists of outstanding Certificates of Construction and As-Built Plans (if applicable).
