DEM Freshwater Wetlands Rule Public Hearing – January 6



The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management has rescheduled the virtual Public Hearings related to Freshwater Wetlands rulemaking to January 6, 2021.



Specifically, the Public Hearing for the proposed adoption of the Rules and Regulations Governing the Administration and Enforcement of the Freshwater Wetlands Act (250-RICR-150-15-2) will be held January 6, 2021 at 1:00-3:00 pm. It will be followed by the Public hearing for the associated repeal of the current rules (250-RICR-150-15-1).



The virtual hearings will be conducted via Zoom as detailed below.
