[Owtsinfo] OWTS INSTALLER LICENSES EXPIRE DECEMBER 31, 2020 - RENEWAL FORMS AVAILABLE ONLINE

Attention OWTS Installers,

Installer Licenses will expire on December 31, 2020.  Applications for OWTS Installer License Renewal<http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/water/licenses/isds/pdfs/installrenew.pdf> forms are now available for download from our website at: dem.ri.gov/owtslicensing<http://www.dem.ri.gov/owtslicensing>  Submit completed forms and payment to the address listed on the front of the form.  Renewal forms will not be sent out by mail and individual licenses will not be mailed for renewals.  Installers must provide an email address on the renewal application to receive an active license status notification.  The List of Licensed OWTS Installers<http://www.dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/water/licenses/isds/pdfs/instlist.pdf> will also be updated on our website to view active license status.  Forms must be post-marked or received by drop-off at RIDEM by December 31, 2020 or a late fee will be due.
