Apologies for any confusion, amendment is only to decrease commercial
general category Scup to 5,000 lbs/vessel/week.

An amendment to the RI Marine Fisheries regulations will be filed
tomorrow, July 3rd, 2015.  In summary, the change is as follows:

 

PART III MARINE FISHERIES COUNCIL
7.1 - This filing is to DECREASE the commercial general category fishery
for Scup to 5,000 lbs/vessel/week beginning 12:01AM on Sunday, July 6,
2015. 

[This regulation amendment becomes effective upon filing].
